Chrissy always made me feel like I was a priority no matter when and what I was asking her, even on the weekends! She was responsive, polite, thorough and made me feel like I could really trust her guidance through every step of the process. She did a wonderful job :)

I think communicating more will help improve the quality of service. I think settings expectations are key as you don’t really know when you will get an answer. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything! Literally everything! From the first time Tony saw my post on Facebook looking for a loan officer to the closing day when Jodie showed up to ensure all went well, the Autullo Mortgage Team was top notch and I felt like I received the royal treatment.
Looking for a new home due to a divorce is not a pleasant situation.
