Honest communication. Brad knew where the loan was through the entire process. All professional parties had some difficulties outside of our control but Brad stayed close providing alternative solutions that ultimately led to getting the loan closed and saving the deal. I want to thank the entire team at AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Louisville. I cannot say enough about the entire teams focus on communication, professionalism, and generosity with their time. I was apprehensive initially, however, after meeting with Mike prior to taking the first step with them on this journey I was certain I made a good choice.
In my experience of home buying over the years, this was the most stressful personally, due in large part to my being a business owner and the complicated nature of financing for someone such as myself. With that said, Mike, Yvette and the entire team was incredible to work with and they exceeded in every conceivable way from start to close.
If I were to refinance or purchase a new home I will certainly start with AnnieMac Home Mortgage.
