This was our second time using Brad and AnnieMac. The first was so good when we bought the house a few years ago. We decided it was a good time to refinance and we did not even consider any one else. Brad and his entire team picked up just where they left off and got the job done very efficiently and timely. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. If you are thinking about doing anything financial with your property, do yourself a favor and just call Brad directly and first. Life will be much simpler and easier!

I had a great experience with Brad, he was responsive and helpful. However, the processor often said contradictory things. A piece of advise I would give is to spend time educating the applicant early in the process with key information that could create roadblocks later like "any bank account transfers over $X will need a certain documentation...". I was quick to send doc requests back within a few hours, there is not reason to have to spend multiple hours on the phone the day before closing
