The team always dos a great job. They communicate well with me and the client, they keep us up to date on loan status at all times, and they get things done in a timely manner. Usually, with time to spare, so we're not rushing at the end. It is NEVER a bad experience.

The process of buying a house is stressful in itself. Every document is requested. You feel like people are invading your personal life etc. But Chrissy/Amanda has awesome, quick communication. They answered on weekends/after hours. They were amazing. Between my realtor to the bank these people were amazing! I don't plan on moving ever again BUT if I do, I'll be back :)

The explanation of the mandatory title company for the transaction would have been preferred to know. In Ohio, the buyer and seller need to agree to the title company being used on a closing. It seems as though the reps, who are not in Ohio, do not know this. It was a big problem, but thankfully was remedied quickly with the ok to use the title company that the seller was comfortable with using. The rest of the transaction was very smooth. Just a little more explanation in the beginning would have been very helpful.
