This is my second time using AnnieMac to buy a home. Each time they have been very attentive, responsive, reassuring, and all around amazing. The underwriter was new to the team. She asked for certain items from the Buyer that were not needed repeatedly. Most important she did not pay attention to notes in the file and did not send out the CD in a timely manner. Being that she was new to your team someone from your team should have been checking her. The problems she created for evryone could have been avoided.
